*New for 2025: Clinics or organizations bringing a team of six to the in-person conference can take advantage of a special group discount rate. This package includes six full in-person registrations at a reduced average rate. As an added benefit, a dedicated table in the conference ballroom will be reserved for your group. 

 

**The virtual group rates are designed for clinics or groups with three or more members interested in virtual participation in PEIP by PEER. The online registration process has been streamlined and a discount off single ticket rates is offered. For large groups (25+), please contact our conference manager, Kazia at [email protected] for more details.   

***Workshops: Conference registration is not required to attend a workshop, though it is encouraged. A $100 discount is available for participants who register for both an in-person workshop and the in-person conference. It will be applied at check out. Please note: this discount does not apply to virtual conference registrations.

Cancellation & Substitution Policy:  

Cancellation requests must be sent via email to [email protected]. Refund requests received prior to September 30, 2025 will be refunded to the original payment method less a $100 administration fee per registration. No refunds will be given after October 1; however, you may transfer your ticket to another person or switch from in-person to virtual participation. Substitutions will be accepted until Wednesday, October 15 at 5:00pm MT. Please send an email to [email protected] with your transfer request and include the new registrants name and email.     

NO SHOW: Failure to attend the event will forfeit your registration fee. No refunds are issued for late arrivals or failure to attend.
